Our story
From scattered notes to a real study system.
Farm4Glass started with a simple frustration: DECA preparation felt scattered,
overwhelming, and inconsistent. As competitors ourselves, we wanted a better way
to prepare for exams, roleplays, and written events.
We built Farm4Glass to bring it all together: structured courses, realistic
practice, gamified progression, and resources created by students who have
actually competed. We've also invited guest speakers — previous ICDC winners and
finalists — to share what actually worked for them.
Our mission is simple: help every DECA student walk into competition day
confident and prepared.

Meet the team
Aarushi Gupta
Co-Founder & Developer
Aarushi is a junior at Foothill High School in Pleasanton, CA, and
serves as the Northern California DECA Vice President of Marketing, designing
posts and engaging members through @norcaldeca. She placed 6th in Retail
Merchandising Series at California DECA's SCDC 2026 (qualifying to ICDC), was a
finalist for AAM and EFB at NorCal CDC, and earned 1st in AAM at the Tri-Valley

Hannah Kow
Co-Founder
Hannah is a junior at West Ranch High School in Santa Clarita, CA. She
serves as Co-President of West Ranch DECA and VP of Marketing for the Southern
California District Action Team, running content for @socaldeca. Within her
chapter she mentors officers and members while driving fundraising, community,
and competitive prep. She's earned 1st place glass in PEN at SoCal CDC and a

Betty Huang
Co-Founder & Marketing Specialist
Betty is a junior at Lynbrook High School in San Jose, CA, and serves
as one of Lynbrook's cluster captains, guiding members through their IMC
writtens. She's competed in PEN and ENT — earning 3rd place roleplay at Silicon
Valley CDC and 3rd overall at Lynbrook's Mock Conference — plus IMCE and IMCS,

Nikhil Krishnan
Co-Founder
Nikhil is a senior at Foothill High School in Pleasanton, CA, and has achieved top honors in DECA, earning 1st place at ICDC 2026 in Project Management Career Development. He has also received several awards at both NorCal CDC and California DECA’s SCDC for Retail Merchandising Series (RMS) roleplays.
Tyna Chhabra
Co-Founder
Tyna is a senior at Foothill High School in Pleasanton, CA, and serves as the Chapter President of Foothill DECA. She placed 4th in Buying and Merchandising Operations at California DECA’s SCDC 2026, qualifying for ICDC, and earned multiple roleplay awards at both NorCal CDC and SCDC in 2025 and 2026 for Quick Service Restaurant Management (QSRM) and Retail Merchandising Series (RMS).
Ariella Nazanin
PFL Course Developer
Ariella is a junior at West Ranch High School in Santa Clarita, CA, where she serves as the Co-VP of Marketing for West Ranch DECA. She is a Top 5 finalist in Principles of Entrepreneurship (PEN) at SoCal CDC and, through founding Financial Futures, has experience leading financial literacy education for youth. She uses this experience to create engaging and accessible resources that strengthen members’ financial knowledge and support their success in DECA competition.
